I've been involved in fitness training now for over fifteen years and have experience in weight training, weight loss, weight management, boxing, kick-boxing, cardio vascular training and circuit training to name but a few. During this time I have built up an excellent insight in how to exercise a person to their individual needs in order to get the best out of them.

 

I can help you reach your goals; whatever they may be, starting with a consultation and dietary analysis. You will then follow a structured fitness plan that you can manage and improve upon. I’ll be with you every step of the way to help you with nutritional advice and give you that all-important encouragement to keep you motivated and push you beyond what you ever thought you were capable of!

 

I feel very privileged to be doing a job that I love and really enjoy seeing people’s confidence improve. Whether it’s when they're losing weight, building muscle or competing in their first ever fun run. It gives me such a buzz to know that I’ve helped them feel good about themselves and it’s a feeling I’ll never tire of.

Charity work

Through losing a close family member to Leukaemia and having several friends lives affected by cancer, i have found out first hand just how good Macmillan Cancer Support are and i regularly volunteer to raise money for them in local supermarkets. I have also ran the London Marathon and cycled coast to coast across Mexico; helping raise over £200,000 for them.
